Lowe Farm – large group holiday house accommodation

Lowe Farm offers 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (4 en-suites) – it can comfortably accommodate large groups with up to 24 guests.

On the ground floor, you can relax and chill out in the spacious Living Room with its four comfy sofas whilst watching TV or soaking up the soothing warmth of the wood burner with a glass of wine after dinner.  Need some quiet time? No problem. There is a second smaller lounge and a snug area – perfect for some peace and quiet to read a book. The separate main dining room has two large tables, each seating up to 12 guests – just what you need for that fun family celebration meal!

You’ll also find the larger main well-equipped kitchen with all the mod cons and some decorative country kitchen AGAs (not operational) for that pure farmhouse vibe. There is a second kitchen on the ground floor along, with two bedrooms (double en-suite and twin), utility room with cloakroom WC (no bathroom). The ground floor is well suited to older guests wishing to be more self-contained and avoid stairs or perhaps teenagers wanting bit of space from their parents.

On the first floor, you’ll find a further 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite), two family bathrooms and the Games Room – the perfect solution to keep kids of all ages amused, with a pool table, football table, TV, wine fridge and music system.

On the second floor, you’ll find the final bedrooms – one king size with en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with 4 single beds and a separate family shower room. This is perfect for teenagers or one self-contained family group to enjoy all to themselves.

Outside you’ll find a pretty garden area with terrace, 7-person hot tub, ample picnic tables and BBQ. When the sun shines, it’s a wonderful spot for a soak with an evening sundowner and to watch the sun dip below the nearby Black Mountains.

About Lowe Farm

Lowe Farm is a family run business and has been owned by the Scudamore family since 1947, and is now run by Handley and Micaela.

The Lowe Farmhouse was built in 1870 and was part of a glass works before being turned into a working farm. It was then tastefully renovated in 2004 into a spacious holiday property and offers accommodation for families, friends and groups for celebrations and family gatherings. During 2021, the house was given a further interiors update and renovation to offer modern and contemporary farmhouse holiday accommodation.
